RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective

If your suit arrives damaged or defective, you can request an evaluation by contacting APX Suits through the Contact APX form in your Profile Page. The APX team will evaluate your claim and if it is approved, they will arrange for a replacement suit or necessary repairs. If rectifying the defect is not possible, the company will either replace the suit or offer a discount code for a new order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns for reasons other than defects are not covered by the warranty but may be considered at APX’s discretion.

If you want to request a refund, you can do so by contacting APX Suits through the Contact APX form in your Profile Page.

Refunds may be subject to a processing fee and may only be possible if the manufacturing process has not yet begun.

Exchanges

Exchanges for products are not facilitated, so if you want to modify your order, you will have to place a new order with the desired specifications.

Other

Customers are required to adhere to APX’s terms and conditions, and the company reserves the right to update its policy periodically.
